Miroma Leisure owns and operates four bars and clubs across central London — and lends that same operational experience, purchasing power and hospitality consultancy to venues beyond our own.
Miroma Leisure owns and runs a group of bars, clubs and restaurants across central London — as comfortable running a food-led site as we are behind a nightclub bar. In a world of chain venues, we've stayed proudly independent — a fun, dynamic and entrepreneurial company that does things its own way.
Behind Miroma Leisure is a team with decades of combined experience in hospitality, built up long before we set up the company in 2009 — and it still shapes how every venue is run today.
That same experience now works for other venues too. Our hospitality consultancy and purchasing arm helps operators across London and beyond run tighter operations and buy better — from day-to-day management to negotiating the supplier deals that protect margin.
We back a hard-working team who genuinely love hospitality, and hold ourselves to one standard: every night out at a Miroma venue should feel unbelievable.
We run our own venues to the highest standard, and lend that experience — operations, purchasing and consultancy — to venue operators across London and beyond who want the same results.
Day-to-day running of our own venues — from the bar floor to the books — with a proven record of turning underperforming sites into venues people come back to.

As hospitality consultants, our work typically covers operational reviews, licensing support, staff training and recruitment, menu and drinks development, commercial development, purchasing and supplier negotiation, and venue turnarounds. Here's who we currently work with.

We consult on the running of the bars at The Arts at Marble Arch, a West End theatre venue, covering food and beverage, stock control, menu development, staff training and purchasing.

Alongside our four venues, we ran six outdoor pop-up bars across London for the World Cup in 2018 — giving fans proper outdoor space to eat, drink and watch every match on the big screen. It was one of our most successful projects yet, and pop-up and event-led sites, including purchasing for them, are very much part of what we bring to a consultancy project today.

Better buying is one of the fastest ways to improve a venue's margins — and it's one of the things we're best at.
Over fifteen years of running our own bars and clubs, we've built direct relationships with the drinks brands, distributors and suppliers that matter across London. We put that buying power to work for every venue we consult on — sourcing better unit prices, negotiating exclusive deals, and setting up brand partnerships that most individual operators simply can't access on their own.
The result is straightforward: a lower cost of goods, sharper margins on every sale, and more profit staying in your business at the end of the night.
We're an independent operator of bars, clubs and restaurants across central London — Trapeze, Nordic Bar, Bar Rumba and Leadbelly's Bar & Kitchen — and we also provide hospitality consultancy and purchasing services to other venue operators.
Both. Our venues range from late-night bars and clubs to food-led sites like Leadbelly's Bar & Kitchen, so we're just as comfortable running a kitchen as we are a bar.
We operate four venues across central London: Trapeze in Shoreditch, Nordic Bar in Fitzrovia, Bar Rumba in Piccadilly, and Leadbelly's Bar & Kitchen in Canada Water.
